I am smart, funny, sweet, faithful, very open-minded, fairly non-judgmental towards people, and willing to try just about anything. I'm also lazy, self-pitying (which can lead to whining), and not particularly independent. I consider myself a "reactive" conversationalist, meaning if you have something to say, I probably have something to add, while if you're really shy then I may be awkwardly silent. Now that we have that out of the way, on the my actual self-summary:
I was born in southeast asia and moved to Baton Rouge about 6 years ago. Although I already had a degree in public relations and asian studies, I went back to school for nursing (RN) and just graduated in May 2009. Planning to go back to school at LSU in the fall for my BSN. I got a job at a hospital in Baton Rouge and currently work nights - sounds sucky, I know, but it pays much better than working days and it's only 3 twelve hour shifts a week - so it's really not so bad.
I LOVE LSU FOOTBALL!!! Not much into watching other team sports (except for soccer, which, by the way is REAL football ;-) ) but I've been known to call a penalty before the refs... I do like watching individual sports like gymnastics, diving, boxing, martial arts. I have a black belt in TaeKwonDo (from Asia) though I can't participate anymore because of a knee injury. I also just took up horseback riding which is a lot of fun...
I like to have a good time in a variety of different settings with different types of people. I have been known to have a very sarcastic sense of humor sometimes that some people can't stand, while others think is awesome. However, if you're one of those hypersensitive types, it's probably not going to work out. Also, if you give me a smart remark - be certain that you're going to get one in return!

What to say...I live in Baton Rouge with my
dog, Roscoe, I work full time and I'm seeking someone to make my life a little different. My life is marvelous but I need some new experiences. I've lived in or around the Baton Rouge/New Orleans/Mandeville
area my whole life. I love where I come
from and would never change it if I could but I would love to try something different for while. I've been frequenting the Nola area a little bit more than usual, but like I said, I'm trying to change things up a bit.
